Omg Pam *Smiles* Well thankfully I don't fall into the "I have had four non smokers and they have all been clueless in bed....and impotent...category but I hear what your saying 
...oh and even though smoke for me does clearly act as a stimulant even though I don't doesn't mean I am only happiest if the woman is smoking..no not at all its just an extension for me personally on the senses and feelings smoke exhaled in my face a certain way actually leads to arousal and stimulation 90% of the time..but its not a necessity in the bedroom its purely a pleasure/desire thing..but yes everything and anything is heightened/affected...when smoke is present..but neither I nor my wife smoke..but she knows my fetish very well and watched me totally under its control,and felt its result *smiles*..so even with medical proof I would highly discount this theory based on research or fact..it just doesn't add up..and I'm intrigued too, how indeed is a Dr looking at this clear Fetish related site..I find it hard to believe its to preach, or that he/she found himself/herself here accidently?...guess we'll never know..anyway back to the original topic that led to all this.....
