Hello ladies my name is Dave and i am in Montreal Canada.
I want to know if there are any ladies out there who love to smoke and who still love it when a man holds the door for them, helps them on and off with their coat, and cleans their ashtray for them and last but not least lights their cigarettes for them 
by this i mean a gentleman.
