Wondering if anyone has any interesting stories on how they learned to smoke. My babysitter was the one who taught me when I was 12. She used to drive to the convenience store and when she went inside to get cigarettes she used to have me "hold" her lit cigarette while sitting in the car. I normally would hand it back to her when she returned to the car. One time, she got back in the car and when I went to hand it back to her, I noticed that she already had one in her hand. She said "I already have one" with a bit of a smirk. I was absolutely stunned and had never thought of trying to smoke before. I am pretty sure that this was pre planned. Took my first drag right than and there but didnt inhale. I told her it tasted nasty and she laughed and said it would get better. From that point on, she always offered me a smoke when she had one and of course eventually taught me how to inhale.
