Mother and dauther smoking

While working at a hericane shelter during Ivan a woman ask me if ther was somewhere she could step outside to grab a smoke. There was a storage room in the back that I kept using for myself. So I told her to come with me, but she said wait a minute. Next thing I know she returned with her daughter of about 10 and said thank God. When we intered the room she light up right away and had anoghter in her hand. Then she handed it to the girl who light up and by no means was new to this.I did'nt want to get in trouble but what could I do. Needless to say they approuch me repeatedly allnight. It was just so strange.
