"First, yes of course I know about Loring's Smoking From All Sides site."
Apologies, Nat. I don't really know you that well and was only trying to help.
For the purposes of the rest of this message, I'm going to use the name Oldie only, to avoid continually typing Past Tempted/Oldie since they are in fact the same person. Going through the rest of your message:
"Up until just a few moments ago, I had no idea where Oldie/PT lived."
Oldie has always said he is from Texas. To prove this, see the screenshot below of a message Oldie posted to one of his boreds saying so. I saved the screenshots to an image hosting service because Oldie has a way of purging his boreds or changing the messages to suit his needs. I hope you can read the screenshot messages on your computer, Nat. I can read them on mine. I also saved and included the exact URL for the particular message and added it below the screenshot. Don't be surprised if it disappears.
About three-fourths of the way through the message you'll see the sentence "I am Past Tempted. My husband is Oldie. We live in Texas where loons only past through." The VoyForums Oldie uses now do have archives but only go back so far. Oldie repeatedly said in his old Asiaco boards that he was from Texas, but as I am sure you know they are no longer available.

"But now, in this latest round, Past Tempted has responded to THIS thread on a different board:"
Oldie frequently trots out a surrogate poster on his boreds, or in this case, used himself as a surrogate, to support something he has said that is a lie and to "warn" all of his fellow posters (of which of course very few are real). A favorite surrogate in the past was "Ashleigh Michelle", who you may be familiar with. Below is a screenshot of a message by "Ashleigh Michelle", who of course is Oldie, backing up some damn thing Oldie said. The context really isn't that important, but rather the concept. Again, the exact URL of the message is below the screenshot.

As you may also know, although being very careful not to display his IP address Oldie has continually tried to prove posters' identities and their locations through the use of them. Below is an example of that type of message. Also, for the record, I can attest to the fact that Oldie does not know a damn thing about IP addresses and what they mean. He continually claimed that my IP address proved that I was from the state of Kansas, even though I have not been afraid to say that I am from Appleton, Wisconsin, a city of about 100,000 people located 40 miles south of Green Bay. Oldie eventually gave in and agreed with me, even though his dumb ass could never come up with the information to prove what I was saying was correct. But I am from Appleton, Wisconsin. Below is an example of Oldie's psychobabble regarding IP addresses, trying to prove some damn thing.

"3) The response was posted to Natalie. Natalie's never even posted on that other board."
Of course Natalie has never posted to that bored before. Oldie doesn't realize that posting a message like this just adds to the nonsense of the situation. All it really does is continue to prove that Oldie continues to post in various places, including now the Women with the Smoking Fetish board, under various guises, in an attempt to get a rise out of whoever is dumb enough to believe the character is real.
Lastly, I set up a board here back in 2005 or 2006 just to screw with Oldie. Keep in mind when reading it that in the spirit of Oldie, many of the messages on the homepage were made up by a guy who enjoyed Oldie's many characters, and did it to make fun of Oldie. The archived posts are copies the same guy made of messages from Oldie's boards, who then posted them on my board so we could make fun of them. I'm telling you about this spoof board, if for no other reason, to provide a record of many of Oldie's characters through the years. It also provides proof to support your claim that Oldie's many characters are usually easily recognizable because of basic writing style, sentence structure, and themes.
The saga of Oldie lives on.
