It is going to be about 102 again today so I am in my routine.
I just hope it produces some weight loss. I have not gone out of my zone for 20 days and have worked out in the pool at least 90 minutes since June 24th when is was ready.
Despite my cardiac event I feel real good. Even though tempted to eat because of it, I maintained by conviction, ate on program and even worked out that day.
I am proud of the fact that I made it through 2 holidays on-track, my birthday and 4th of July. The coast is clear for me for awhile.
