OK the things I said I wanted to change was:
Exercise more. I did do extra the other week but last week was so busy I ended up doing less! Figures.
Journal: was doing good with this until the weekend. I had journaled on my work PC but I know I know that doesn't mean I can't write things down at home.
Get better prepared with foods: I did plan pretty good but I do need to get better in picking a variety of foods for our meals. We seem to always eat the same thing.
Didn't lose any weight. It just seems to like where it's at.
For this next week I will continue on with these three things.I will sit down this weekend and look at cookbooks I have or online to get different meal ideas.
