Fiber one raising bran (wow... good stuff) and 11 grams of fiber
fresh veggie salad with tuna
apple
chicken enchilada, 1/2 cup spanish rice, 1/4 cup guacamole and 10 whole grain chips
10 glasses of water (I have been drinking 8 but my glucophage says I have to have more so I am drinking 10 now)
no exercise yet
