What are yours?
I was over by about 120 calories yesterday so I'm going to count it into today instead. This will be my 5th day back on track and that feels good. I'm glad I don't have anything "bad" in the house now as I know I would have foraged around for it last night.
Today's plan:
Breakfast - coffee, oatmeal
Lunch / Snack - salad, yogurt, tapioca
Supper - sliced roast beef, tapioca
That'll only take me to 1160 so I've got lots of "room". More coffee for sure.
Exercise-wise, it'll be 1/2 hour cardio and 1/2 hour weights tonight at a minimum. 265 minutes left to meet my goal of 2000 for the month.
