For me:
Breakfast - coffee, oatmeal
Lunch - sliced ham, tapioca, yogurt
Supper - Shepherd's pie, fat-free banana Jello pudding (2)
Exercise - most likely treadmill at home today. I have to do 195 minutes to hit my goal of 2000 so it will be challenging but I'm confident that I can do it
