No weigh in tomorrow. I never made it to the battery store. I will go, but I can't imagine I'd see anything worth reporting just a few days later than the 191 (that's 3 lbs down yahoo) from this past Wednesday.
Tomorrow I'm sleeping way in, watching all my TV shows that are stacking up, taking a nap, doing a few chores, maybe going to see the Michael Jackson movie, and definitely not doing anything stressful or tiring. My body needs a real and true rest day. I don't remember a time feeling this physically exhausted. Not even after having the girls. In October I racked up 1730 exercise minutes. My monthly goal is 1600 minutes. The difference in October...new exercises. I have a new strength training workout, started a 5 week abs workout challenge, am doing yoga once a week, and added some tough new routines to both my regular Zumba and Zumba Toning classes. Yesterday I taught a Family Zumba class. That was quite a lot of fun. Kids and their parents. I'll be rotating this class with other instructors, but the group x director wants me to teach it permanently. Anyway, tomorrow is a real rest day.
