1) 9 Facebook friends are joining me with a 2000 minute exercise challenge for November. Wicked!
2) a rock-solid day at work yesterday. Although I am "only" doing programming, at least it keeps me busy and the days go faster
3) my rootbeer candle burning here at my desk this morning
4) good books - reading a light one by Diane Mott Davidson now. She's a lot of fun. Writes culinary mysteries.
5) chocolate calcium chews - mmm just like candy!
