most of your life in the job you go to every day. If you are not happy there, your life is pretty much a wash... so I'd say that life is too short to stay where there is that much contention and it sounds so anxiety-causing...
Be happy, even if you have less money for a while. You will find something else with insurance before 2011. You have TIME on your side.
Actually, I am so relieved that you are going back to your practice. You were SO content there and had enough TIME off that you had time to live your LIFE more fully and enjoy...
That is SO important. You can't get these days over again... once they're gone, they're gone.
Sounds like a good decision to me!
