One thing I have found out is that if I don't consistently exercise, I do NOT lose weight. period.
But for a while there I told myself that I could not have two 'bad' days in a row and I was still losing, even if I ate bad every other day. Somehow, I have lost this way of thinking!
I just need to get going! Yesterday was a good day...I plan on making this one good too! Then once the weekend hits, I struggle so I MUST try harder this weekend too!!!
I have been bobbing between 207-213 lately. I need to get below there and get into that ONEDERLAND!!
