and I have been since July 15th!! I have found that if I am consistent, I will consistently lose!
For me I have to stay focused and just remember why I am doing this. When I was on WW (which I think is a fantastic program) I would do pretty good all week and then after my weigh in, I would go out to Subway on the way home and get a footlong sandwich, a couple of bags of Sunchips and call it good. Then I would start again the next day! So bacially I was sabatoging all of my efforts from the previous week by going out and eating what I wanted after my weigh in.
I have a long way to go, but I am learning that no matter how quickly I want this weight off...I just have to put one foot in front of the other and stay the course! It will come off...I just have to be patient!!
