Breakfast - coffee, oatmeal (280)
More coffee once I get to work. (100)
Lunch - caesar salad, 2 low-fat puddings (680)
Supper - roast beef with gravy (380)
That's 1440 so I have room for another pudding for dessert. Chances are good, I will take it
Exercise today? Probably cardio for an hour - bike, treadmill, stair climber - some combination thereof.
