mostly because I don't want to hear any more people tell me they wouldn't eat this, I shouldn't eat this, how some friend of theirs eats instead, how it's too many calories, how it's not enough calories, how it's not a big variety, how it's too boring, structured, blah blah blah. Here's what I've had/will have today:
B - shake, banana
S - almonds
L - crunchy taco (beef, cheese, lettuce, hot ass salsa) and SF meal bar
S - apple
D - lite 4 cheese ravioli (in the fresh pasta section), roasted red pepper marinara (in the pasta sauce section), Schwartz Bros Bakery sourdough (DELICIOUS), baby salad with carrots and 1 tbsp caesar vinaigrette.
1490 calories for today.

Reverse Crunch with Ball
Dumbbell Side Bends
Dumbbell Triceps Extensions on Ball
Dumbbell Triceps Kick Backs
Clamshell Crunch with Ball
Crunches with Twist
Dumbbell Chest Press on Ball
Wall Squats with Dumbbells & Ball
Dumbbell Squat with Calf Raise and Overhead Press
Lying side oblique crunch
Dumbbell Chest Flys on Ball
Everything is 3 sets of 12 reps.
