that is interesting. I still enjoy food, but don't enjoy the guilt that comes with eating too much. I also don't enjoy being a victim, and I remind myself often that eating in a sane and healthy way is best for me. There are some foods, some meals, that I really look forward to. I need to make sure it's the meal I'm looking forward to, and not the relief that emotional eating gives. Food is fuel, and we should enjoy our fuel.
