For me:
Breakfast - same as always - coffee w/skim milk and sugar twin, flavoured instant oatmeal (180)
Snack - low-fat yogurt - some coconut combination that sounds and looks yummy! (100)
Lunch - French Onion Soup (200 calories), pudding or more yogurt (100)
More coffee throughout the day (100)
Supper - dry garlic pork (260), potato thing - it's like a pattie (140)
Still LOTS of calories left so this is going to be a great day!
Exercise will be Body Pump class and an extra half hour cardio to go with it.
