the scale holds a lot of power. It determined how my day would start...good if I was down a bit, bad if I was up a bit. How one piece of metal can have that much power over me! But yet it did. I have learned to only weigh once a week. I use to weigh daily, but just decided that I didn't want to scale to have that much power! It was hard to stay off the scale at first, but I find that if I drink a cup of coffee or a glass of water first thing in the morning when I get up, I will stay off the scale, because I know it will probably show a gain if I have drank a bunch of liquid!
Only you know what you need to do in regards to the scale. It is nice that you drive by your dr's office every day on your way to work and can stop if you want to. It sounds like you have a plan...and I know you will do great!
