Last night I did have some chocolate but that's ok. I can have a treat every once in a while. The secret will be to have *A* treat and move on. I had more than I "should" have but moderation doesn't happen easily for me
Anyway, onward I go.
Today:
Breakfast - coffee and oatmeal (280)
Hitting the gym for Body Pump then 1/2 hour run outside with a friend of mine. Well "jog" and walk - let's be real here
Trying for 10 jog / 1 walk today. Latte as a "reward" (140)
Lunch - taco salad, pudding (590)
Supper - French Onion soup (200), dry garlic pork "bites" (breaded thingies - 6 small tiny ones for 130 calories but they are yummy)
Probably a couple of sugar-free hot chocolate in the evening (120) and that will be a wrap
