I get 5 Medifast Meals and 1 Lean and Green meal each day! I eat every 3 hours....so here is my plan for my food today: (MF = Medifast)
Meal #1 - MF Hot Swiss Mocha with cinnamon sprinkled on top!
Meal #2 - MF Beef Vegetable Soup
Meal #3 - MF Peanut Butter Crunch Bar
Lean and Green Meal -6 oz. Chicken Breast
cup of Romaine Lettuce
Light 3 Cheese Ranch dressing
1/2 cup of green beans
Meal #4 - MF Chocolate Pudding
Meal #5 - MF Caramel Crunch Bar
Lots of water to top off each meal!
