Food:
Well, I tracked one day last week. Pure laziness. I made up my mind to go rogue on Thursday night/Friday morning, so starting fresh right now, today, tracking from here on out. I got a pocket journal to write everything out, and I will log it all throughout the week. Next Sunday I'll have food details to share too.
I will be weighing in December 30 at the doctor's office. Just in case I need to change anything calorie intake wise, or programming in my heart rate monitor. Also, I'd like a firm number to say I've lost X pounds in 2 years.
