I can see a difference in these pictures...

The first one was taken on Sept. 7 and the next one two months later on November 7, 2 days ago. I am going to take one every month or two in the same shirt, same spot, ect. and watch myself shrink. Anyway, I can't always see a difference but I can in these pictures and that encouraged me.
