I think exercise is actually more important than food. Obviously it would be best to have both conquered but exercise, even if you are eating crap, still builds muscles, tones you up, releases endorphins, etc....SO SO IMPORTANT!
And you have made it part of your life...you don't even have to think about making yourself exercise anymore, you actually enjoy it and look forward to it now.
Now that is what I call SUCCESS!!!!!!!!![]()
