On my Weight Watcher app, if I eat between my points range and remember to track my food I get a blue dot for the day on my calendar. Sounds weird-but my goal for this month is to have every day be a blue dot day! I am thinking it might help me see better numbers on the scale. I tend to not eat all of my points and I think that slows things down!
