Up and down, down and up. However, I'm under 200 and that's my goal for the summer so I'm fine with this. I've found a spot where I know what to eat to maintain. 3 months tomorrow since I've had chocolate, cake, cookies, donuts, cheese and crackers. I'm very proud of that because it's so major for me!
I'll get back to the remaining excess weight I'd like to lose - maybe another 25-30 lbs - this fall.
