I'm a food addict. I LOVE FOOD. Love it.
It's a complete miracle to me that I haven't had cookies, cake, donuts, chocolate since March 22. But certainly I'm eating more of other foods that I haven't deemed as "off limits".
So that's really the crux - I hover between 193-199 because I am a food addict and right now, I guess I don't feel like changing.
