We went out to eat last night and I made the decision not to worry about having a blue dot (eating within my points range) day. I sometimes get a little too crazy when it comes to having "perfect" days which ultimately sets me up for failure. Don't know if that makes sense at all or not, but I knew I had to allow myself to have a planned off meal, track it (which I did) and move on. The trick will be to stay on track today!
