F - good - looked at where a lot of my calories were coming (cheese) and will have smaller portions of it, less often. Had chicken thighs ground up with mayo and a nice refreshing peach yogurt as some changes today
E - 20 minutes on bike, NewBody and BodyPump classes. Had to rest during the lunges which (as the instructor) I don't feel good about but gotta do what I gotta do right now
W - not enough
D - ok
