The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
First challenge of about 4 down

Thanks Cindy! I'm very proud and I do know how huge it is. My next challenge is a buffet on Thursday with Dad and Paul. We go every year and it's a big feast. One year, I went but just had desserts but that's not even an option for me this year. I can certainly choose meat (turkey, roast, salmon) and salad but the problem for me here is that I can't eat meat that isn't ground up and I don't feel comfortable asking the kitchen to grind up my meat. If I do eat meat, I am almost ALWAYS sick to my stomach which is no fun at all
Because it is Dad and Paul, they don't understand how it's not something I want to do - eat off track. I'd feel silly sitting there just drinking a coffee while they all eat. I just hate feeling like I am "letting them down" in some way. I don't know if I am explaining it right. It's a tradition with our family - as is the huge feast on Christmas Day which will be another challenge this week.
Breathe in, breathe out - it will all work out. If they can realize it's about FAMILY and not FOOD, all will be well. But I admit, it's stressing me.
