The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

A couple of coworkers use CBD capsules to help with their pain and another uses it to help with her anxiety and chronic pain. Ken suffers from migraines and has (as does the rest of his siblings and his dad) tremors that the dr. has said was considered “familial”. We decided to try it and you can get CBD (derived from marijuana) in capsule form or in drops that are placed under the tongue. The capsules that we got are 10 mg, and Ken took 2 to begin with. He didn’t notice a big diffference in how he felt, but we noticed that his hands stopped shaking after a few hours, which was really great. The next time he took it, he took 3 of the pills and noticed his headache eased up and again the shaking stopped. It took a couple of hours for us to notice the tremors calming down but they did and stayed calm for several hours. We may try the oil next time we get it because taken under the tongue it goes into your system immediately and would work faster. The oil comes flavored or plain, but everyone I have talked to about the plain oil, says it tastes terrible, so I am going to get a flavored oil. Obviously one just has to play around with the dosage to get the one that works best for you. I have noticed even though Ken said he doesn’t really feel that different, that it does calm him down.
The capsules were $45 for 30 and we got them at a pharmacy. You can also order them online. One place that I think I might check out is called American Shaman. If you have a note from your doctor saying what you are needing it for (migraines, tremors, chronic pain, etc.) they will give you 30% off your order.
If you have any more questions, just ask. We are new to this, and after doing research online about the success of CBD oil, I felt comfortable having Ken try it. Definitely talk to your dr. about it.
