I was down a 1/2 pound this morning. The first time I got on the scale I was down 1 pound, then I got off and got back on to check again and I was only down 3/4 of a pound, then I got off and back on again and I was only down 1/2 pound! I decided to stop before I ended up losing even LESS!! Lol. Not sure what that was all about, but this is exactly why we shouldn’t get on and off the scale all the time! In any case I am feeling good, and eating right.
