Actually, I'm 5'-7" and the weight is fine right where it is.......it's trying to keep it there that worries my doctors.
I can easily lose 5 pounds without trying....just because sometimes I have NO interest in food whatsoever.
Since I've started walking again daily, my appetite seems to be much better.
