The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
Hi, Gina! *waving madly*

It is so good to see you here. We miss you. Good to hear that things are going well with you and you have settled down enough to catch your breath. Was thinking about what you said about liking THM but it not fitting because you are a grazer. Actually, I think it might. It will take a little planning ahead but then it should be fairly easy. You just need to make sure that you don't have an E meal and an S meal within 2-3 hours of each other. You could have a small meal of either then maybe graze on FP if your next meal is different. I did see on their site that one woman who is a grazer eats S one day then E the next so she doesn't have to worry about getting them too close together. If it was me I think I would make a Pinterest board for S meals, E meals, and FP meals. That way you can sit down on one of your days off and plan out what you will eat so that you don't mix them. After a week or so it should get easier to plan. I know that THM doesn't count calories but if you graze all day try to measure out portions or you can possibly go overboard because I imagine you don't get too much time to think about what you are eating once your day starts until it is over. You did so well on THM when you first started, so much so that you got me on board, so I know that you can do this. Come on, I'm on team Gina.
