I am glad that the suggestion worked. Wasn't really mine I don't think because I had read where others had to switch days or something because they grazed. Do you hang out any at the THM facebook page? Sometimes you can pick up lots of good ideas and tips. They have too much food on there for me so I try to stay away unless I want to ask questions. I sure hope it works for you. The sisters don't like this idea, but if you do mostly S meals for a couple or so weeks it can sometimes set off some fat burning and get you a quick loss that gives you a boost to keep going. It's very similar to doing a low carb diet. I still follow a few of the bloggers there. One of them was saying today that she was looking back over her food journals to try to find out what she used to do when she was losing faster and she said that she had GGMS every day once or twice and she had a skinny chocolate or a coconut oil fat bomb every day. There are tons of different flavors of fat bombs on Pinterest. I like strawberry and orange cream. I sure hope you find something to help. I know how it feels. By the way, I have found that Briana Thomas and Darcies Dishes usually have good recipes and menus for quick references too.
