Pretty pleased to report in that I have lost 25 lbs since starting the keto diet on Nov 22. A lot of people on the diet use 20 grams as a guideline. I find if I stay under 30 I am still losing at a pace that is fine with me.
7 lbs to goal.
Still wearing an XL in a ladies jacket though and a L in exercise pants won't go over my ass
So I have definitely got inches left to work on but I'll tackle that as I roll along.
