Having a bit of a "day" today so I need to focus in on the good stuff. I'm up 4 lbs in 2 days - bloated - and today's the day Dad and Paul and Aunt and Ray are taking me to lunch. I'm going to choose a side caesar salad with chicken for lunch. There's no nutritional information for this restaurant so I'll estimate 15 grams of carb (25-30 is what I set as my daily goal) So that's a lot of it - but I also WANT to have cheesecake today. For the first time since MARCH 22. I should just have it and move on but if I gain more weight, I know what I'm like. I'll lose my mind.
Oh yeah .. gratitudes!
