Down 3 lbs this month
I'm okay with that. Sure I would have loved to have hit my goal of 5 lbs but it is what it is
I'm not 278 lbs like I was when I started this journey.
I'm not 204 lbs like I was on Nov 22 and didn't think "the keto lifestyle" was for me.
I am 176.6 lbs. *gulp*
I'm getting a goal date of the long weekend in May. By May 24, this 53rd year old lady will weigh 169.9 lbs.
