when I have absolutely NO appetite.....then, there are others where I eat all day. So, I guess it kinda balances out. Plus, I do try to walk at least 3-4 miles each day. I've always been pretty good about maintaining my weight.
When in my 20's, I weighed in the 120's. When in my 30's, I weighed in the 130's....same for 40's, 50's 60's. Once I was diaganosed with breast cancer (weighing 164) and started treatment, food no longer interested me, and the weight started coming off.
