There is no "DONE" until you are done until the end. There is only the journey. The scale is just a tool to measure if the changes you are making are working. You have made the changes, you are confident enough in that to say it out loud. Now own it. Just keep doing what you are doing and stay off that stupid scale. You don't need it anymore. If your clothes start getting tight, tighten up your routine and journal it for awhile until you are back on track. Just as you probably won't need to journal all the time for the rest of your life, just when you start slipping back into old habits, you also don't need to keep weighing all the time, just when you start slipping back into old habits. Now go out there and own this new lifestyle you have managed to chisel out of the rock of old ingrained habits and stop letting the scale own you. There and Done are just the place where this new lifestyle is comfortable enough that you no longer want to go back and it is not on a scale. You are pretty close and when you get there the scale will take care of itself.
