just suggestions. I always think that outside input helps because we can't think of everything. Try the collagen, I think you will feel that it is worth the money and though it seems expensive it lasts forever at 1-2 Tbsp a day and that makes it very inexpensive per day/week/month. It really does help the skin and I seem to get some joint relief from it too not to mention that it makes me feel full all day. I can have a cup of coffee and put that and a bit of real cream in it in the morning and not even think about eating until 5 or 6 in the evening so it is a big help on those fasting days. I think I could use it in the evenings and not have any food in that day.
I am impressed with your tracking so long. So many people do it a bit and think they've got it and leave off. That is probably why you have had the success you have.
Do you realize that you have been losing at a rate of about 1.86 pounds per week and the average that doctors want us to lose at is 2 or less per week? I think you are doing great! Especially if you can eat too much some days and still lose at that rate. Just keep going as you are.
I hope you do get an outfit or two in a large size and try it on every week. It won't be long before you are slipping right into it. Keep up the good work!
