The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

I haven't noticed that I look years younger, but I had three surgeries that necessitated cutting over the same area on my abdomen three times in a short period of time. The last time took over 6 months to heal because it kept opening up when I would sit up. It stayed red like the bruised that elderly people get. I noticed that after using the collagen that the red is going away and it has finally started fading and looking like a normal scar. When I saw my family that I hadn't seen in about 8 months they said I looked like I felt so much better. I didn't at all so I figured it must be the collagen. I don't usually notice so much, but my joints do feel better and my nails are growing and looking nice, and I have always had brittle nails that split and break easily. I use the THM collagen because it doesn't have dairy in it and I was there when they did the research for it and I know what a stickler one of the women is and how many were turned down because their independent lab didn't get the same results that the product claimed. It also doesn't have any taste at all to me as some have. I can use it as a protein source if I want to in smoothies since I don't use dairy or soy. I have heard from friends that Swanson's has good quality collagen but I haven't personally tried theirs although they are my go-to for a lot of products because of better taste.
