The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

Don't know what I think yet as it's "chinese medicine" so a little hokey pokey to me. She advised that Celebrex doing nothing and Tecta not required as I have no digestive issues. Will run those past my doc. She did some "pressure point" stuff, acupuncture on arm that hurts most with tens machine as well, ultrasound (stick with gel). Gave me a couple of different types of drops - I didn't ask for them but she rang 'em up and sent them home with me. Also advised to take tumeric twice daily and try castor oil "wraps" on knee and side "inflammation". Keeping an open mind and willing to try. I've heard really good things about this lady. We'll see. Gotta admit that I don't have a lot of optimism since so much else hasn't worked but we'll see
