3) appointment with family doc today to ask him about arms
4) wearing my tiara to the gym this morning to share my news with my gym friends. They - like you gals - have been cheering me along every step of the way!
5) down 34 lbs eating low carb since Nov 22. I'm usually at 25-30 grams / daily and that's all I count. And not low calories either. I can't believe this is such a great plan for me but it is!
