2) making my fave keto recipe - chicken pizza. 10 oz chicken (ground up), 1 egg, 2 oz grated parm - roll out and cook in oven 10 minutes. Add Papa John's Garlic Sauce (Ray saves his), 4 oz cheese (I'm using half mozza and half cheddar), 3 Tbsp bacon bits. Cook another 10 minutes. TO DIE FOR! This will last me 2 meals and is about 8 carbs for the entire thing.
