I have cut back on my weights dramatically for the past couple of months. They know I teach and because I have already taken 3 weeks off from teaching in Feb, I just "can't" do it again. If I thought it would help - but I know it doesn't since I already tried that route - I would for the "greater good". I go back to the doctor May 3 for the xray results of my neck. He said next step would be electric "shocking" and my physio gal thinks that means a referral to a specialist.
I'm so frustrated - all the muscle relaxers do is knock me out
