I am down 9 1/2 pounds a starting at 299. But I am struggling like never before. I don't know if it's just because I haven't tried to reign my food in so much. My go-to foods have way too many points and I feel at a loss.
I spent a lot of time the last 2 weekends making food ahead with 2 WW recipes. Waste of time because I didn't like either one and that left me without anything planned.
I think not eating meat makes this more difficult because looking forward to a piece of steak or pork is way different than looking forward fish and beans! I am trying to eat chicken again but can only
