The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

I figured out that the cut into the woods at the end of my street goes to the river. There are so many side paths and one main path. I got very lost back there one time with Katie and Walter...I mean panic lost. A kind woman walked me out. I was sure I had it figured out today but missed the one cut off back to my house. I ended up backtracking to the main path and heading home a different way. MUCH longer. Not worried about me but Charlie looked worn out. We're home; I massaged his hips and I think he's doing ok.
Did get a urine sample on him as we walked. I carried it in a glass the whole walk. Doctor wants it to see if the (huge) excess urinating is just due to the prednisone or if something else is going on ie diabetes, Cushings
Found these great wipes specially meant for stainless steel appliances.
3 more weeks till I leave. The goodbyes are wearing me out.
I stuck to my points this weekend but nibbled at 'junk' yesterday. I still don't have my meals figured out.
