The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
Saturday morning weigh in...

I went to my WW meeting this morning and stayed the same! I did get the chance to talk to my WW leader and tell her how frustrated I am that the gal recording my weight wrote down the wrong weight when I started coming to meetings, and WW says there is no way to fix it! I am going to be calling WW this week and officially complaining about them not being able to fix this. According to the leader once I lose down to the weight she put in wrong (10 pound mistake) then their computer won’t be wrong! Ugh. I also asked for a new booklet, as mine has all these weights scratched out, and was told that they can give me a new one but no one did. I was too tired to mess with it after the meeting, so I will just try to live with it. I did tell the girl that was weighing me that I wasn’t mad at her, but just very frustrated that this happened. I need to remember that we all make mistakes, and I have no idea what might have been going on in her world when she made that mistake. Her mind might have been on something else, and while that doesn’t excuse it, it makes me able to handle things better.
So I am going to move past this and hope this plateau (if that is what this is) doesn’t last long.
Until then, I am down 73.8 pounds! Onward I march!
